Over the last 10 years I was involved in several cybersecurity incidents of different magnitudes in different roles. This gave me invaluable insights on both the technical and the organizational level. With a methodical approach, attention for the business needs and the correct focus during each phase of the incident I can assure to add value to any multidisciplinary IR team; from Incident Response Manager to Forensicator and anything in between.

Security Operations rightfully gained a lot of corporate attention over the years. From writing SIEM rule logic over building out Threat Intelligence capability to managing a CSIRT and designing/running a SOC operational framework, I have a lot of experience in what needs to be done and how this can optimally be achieved within different types of organizations.

CISO

While typically Security Management personnel is drawn from the management layer and security training is provided to compensate their lack of IT and security background, I believe - based on my experience - this isn't ideal specifically for Security managers. Knowing the needs of security focused personnel, their day to day mindset and the security landscape evolving at transwarp speeds should form the basis for a sound and feasible approach to managing these teams and the organization in which they work. From security operations over security architecture, engineering to a CISO role. I'm convinced I have what it takes to provide optimal value and guidance.
